Makler chamber - 3568

The Makler Chamber is a device designed for a rapid and precise counting of spermatozoa and for the evaluation of their motility directly in fresh seminal fluid and reading under the microscope.

Makler's Chamber consists of two parts:

• metal base with a slide on which the sample is placed. On the outer edge of the disc there are four quartz points of defined height.
• The upper part is the coverslip on which the squared grid is laser drawn (100 squares of 0.1 x 0.1 mm each).
