Fixative and decalcifier for needle biopsies, osteomedullary biopsies, calcified arteries, pathologically calcified soft tissue, small bone fragments.

The kit components, Fixative B5 and Acid EDTA Decalcifier, have requirements that guarantee the following characteristics: they limit retractions, coarctations and cellular damage possible for samples with the presence of bone tissue and other types of tissue (marrow, for example, in the case of osteomedullary biopsies), they act in times compatible with the laboratory's needs and allow for multiple subsequent staining techniques.
