OCT cryo-imprinting matrix is an imprinting medium for the inclusion of cold fabrics; designed to be used at temperatures from –20 ° C to –30 ° C.
OCT cryo-imprint matrix freezes rapidly with minimal microcrystalline formation and is the ideal support medium for cut tissue sections.
It freezes quickly avoiding the formation of ice crystals thus preventing possible damage to the sample.
