TPX TRAY BY PAPANICOLAOU

Tray for staining slides equipped with two lids, one for total closure, to avoid evaporation of the liquid when the tray is not used, one with a slot for inserting the basket (code 2281) during staining.

Suitable for microwave oven.

Made of TPX, a light, transparent (90% permeability to light) and very hard material, with good mechanical characteristics.

TPX is resistant to concentrated sulfuric acid, acetone, ethanol, mineral acids, weak and strong acids, weak and strong alkaline solutions, inorganic salts, aldehydes, alcohols, detergents, oils, fats and boiling water.

It is limitedly stable to ketones. It has excellent resistance to high temperatures (it can be repeatedly autoclaved at both +121 ºC and +150 ºC).

Its excellent transparency, rigidity, chemical resistance and its resistance to high temperatures make this material the most similar to glass.
