The patient identification bracelet is equipped with an irreversible closure.

LEVIS® is an adult identification bracelet with self-locking closure and irreversible locking clip.

Disposable, it is made of transparent food grade PVC, antibacterial, non-toxic, latex and phthalate free, light and comfortable.

The identification system uses a kit consisting of three adhesive labels, one of which to attach to the bracelet and two optional for the use that the facility deems most appropriate (medical record, etc.).

The three labels of each kit have identical numbering, which will be progressive according to the number of kits purchased.

The labels are customizable with hospital heading and numbering and can be written with a special indelible marker included in the package.
