Masson Trichrome Goldner - 1710

The Masson Trichrome Goldner Staining Kit is elective for connective tissue staining.

Connective tissue consists of a cellular part, made up of fibroblasts, fat cells, mast cells, and an extracellular matrix made up of collagen, reticulum and elastic fibres (elastin). The Masson trichrome Goldner stain allows for the differential staining of various connective tissue elements, thanks to a cytoplasmic staining with Ponceau solution that precedes the acid treatment necessary for the staining of collagen fibers: the light green dye enters the solution in the acid, allowing the progressive staining of the collagen itself and producing a very intense contrast.
